RTX is different from OmniSTAR. OmniSTAR offers XP, G2 (=XP + GLONASS), and HP. Then there's RTX. None of the OmniSTAR corrections are repeatable, while RTX is. RTX includes GLONASS automatically for the life of the subscription, even if your receiver isn't unlocked to GLONASS.
If you need repeatability, you need RTX (or RTK). RTX is repeatable to within 1.5", RTK to within 1".
By repeatable, do you mean my AB0 made last spring with RTX will be in the same place next spring even without some kind of mark so I can "move to here"? If I set up the original AB0 with a 12 row machine and want to use a 6 row machine to follow on the left 1/2, what would I need to do? Thanks. |
