I never make a fuss about someone's cooking when I a guest at their home. If something looks questionable I only take a small serving of it and never say a word.
I my house that's a different world, If you put shredded carrots in jello , someone's going to hear about it. If I wanted carrots I will eat some carrots, If I want jello I will eat jello. DO NOT screw up my jello with carrots.
