Midwestern Illinois | Our plan is to market the fertilizer grouping all of the customers together to get a better deal on the fertilizer. maybe in the near future put up a building and keep it on site but alot more risk in that. there are a few coops close so there will be competion to get the price down. i will be partnering with a local chemical salesman who has a very established cash and carry business to offer chemicals at a much lower price and custom application as well to try and keep it as convenient . I guess if your local coop is doing a great job for you there would be no reason to change. but in our area the employees are like some who have commented on this post. hs school drop outs that spend more time mushroom hunting than soil sampling or driving there tender truck. | |
