Anyone who contracts to a pork guy or ethonal plant in the next year is taking a huge risk. Many wont survive or they at least risk there bank shutting them off and that will force chapter 11. If you haul to them don't do a bunch at once and cash the checks. I'd rather haul to local coop, adm, or Cargill and maybe take a little less per bushel. Makes me sleep better at night.
