I'm sorry but you guys never think outside the box.
Give up on the ewes and take the lambs with you. Or take the ewes with you too and make it a family endeavor to get them straightened out.
All the kids will have a riot getting them bottle fed. And you will be the hero of the Holiday.
Sometimes the farm has to give up something for the families benefit-- isn't that why you are farming in the first place- for the families benefit.

I will admit that there are issues that arise that will cost too much to turn your back on-- but two ewes(with questionable outcomes) compared to Thanksgiving with the family is a no brainer.
