roaming | yes, you can use the GPS signal from a 500 to feed a Pro 700 for mapping, at the same time that the 500 is running your EZ-Steer. The 700 does not have an internal receiver, so the Ag15 (or any other antenna-only) is useless with the 700. Without a GPS receiver, the 700 can still do yield monitoring and recording (but not mapping), and can control your Automatic Crop Settings in the 6130. If you will need GPS in the combine and a tractor at the same time, you will need a second receiver. For cutting beans, an EZ-Guide 250 with EZ-Steer would probably work fine, or you could manually steer and use pretty much any receiver you want, as long as it can output standard NMEA data to the Pro 700. | |
