An apple is what mother nature made for a perfect snack.
what about carrots sliced into sticks?
I like the "nuts in the shell" idea as well.
Stay away from anything that has sugar or fat added and comes in handy bites. It´s addictive and you will consume more than what is good for you.
Our diet usually lacks fibers and secondary plant compounds rather than anything else.
But I admit it costs some strictness to stay away from butter cookies, oily roasted peanuts, or chocolate...
