That's how i have it set up right now, my problem is either having clamps that will last, hands keeping the wire rolled up so it doesn't get pulled out, and filling up multiple pieces of equipment. I think it would be a lot easier if you didn't have the cord to mess with every time. Ill still keep the cord in case the battery dies, but if one of those solar panels would work to me it would be a really neat setup. I was wondering if that 14 watts would be enough to keep a battery charged up? Especially if it was being used off and on all day like a chemical pump.
