The agronomy manager at one of the coops passed this on.
I had heard earlier about the increased buffer, but I was told that was already in for the county ditches. They said if the county does any work, it has to plant the buffer.
Edit: it may be a little confusing who is doing what here. This group advises the MPCA and legislature on rulemaking.
