Hastings, NE | I helped a friend and fellow ag talker build with ICF forms in 2006. It was our first time and while there was a little learning curve, it turned out great and he loves how cheap it is to heat and cool and the quietness of it. It is concrete to the roof line, 2350 square feet on each level. We used the Integraspec system. Worst part was setting the basement forms in the 100 degree July heat. | |
