M11's are quite durable. Its hard to say if it has been rebuilt or not. If you can drive it and see how slow low gear is. Check to see if the rear suspension has dump valves in the cab or how the air bags are plumbed. If the two sides are tied together, as you are dumping if one side is heavier it will push the air from that side to the other increasing the chance of flopping it on its side.
