Northern Illinois | WHAT did I say that was so terrible???? Of course the landlord was in the wrong. Every poster before me had said that so I did not feel the need to repeat that. In no way did I say the landlord was not wrong. The only thing I said was that the tenent did not act responsibily after he was notified of the situation. An yes I will stand by what I meant in that the tenent has a legal responsibility to limit the damage after he was notified. I would be shocked if any of us would not go look at a cornfield for 4 days after being called that there were cattle out in it. | |
