I have to agree that being shedded and cleaning and waxing equipment is more a personal preference.  The book value is what most dealers go by.  It might make it selll better because a buyer would presume  it wasn't used as much because you had time to keep it clean.  How many hours do you guys usually put on a tractor.  Ours usually get 500 a year.
