1. China up 300-400% yoy? Whats going on there? Do they have short crops too, or buying at the top and storing? If they don't need it now, they have the same numbers as you, why not buy after the price drop. Is it only an easy way to cash out on the increasing trade deficit/surplus. There has to be some importance to that.
I will just say it is virtually impossible to be bearish looking at a drought map. If I were in those areas I would think very hard about selling this year, because that might be all there is to sell for next year too. | |
