everybody looks back at the 80's and wants to blame the Carter Embargo on the fall of the farmer -- While the Embargo was a dumb Idea what people forget isthat Nixion and than Ford Embargoed grain for finicial reasons in the early 70's and the markets went almost unphased but by the time Carter Embargoed grain ( For Political reasons) the rest of the world had developed another source of production ( South America ) The land grab that has went on this past 18-24 months has been unsastainable yet everybody is willing to pay a bigger price than the last price paid because if I don't get it now while the tax code is favarable it will not be for sale after the tax code changes IE the last chance to buy mentality.

I know this line of thinking won't play well here but I think it is Important to at least be open to this
