Thanks everybody. I locked the 30 for 5.9. When I was 10 and 11 years old stood next to Grandpa and Dad at a lot auctions of guys who never missed a payment but the interest was running faster than they could.
Grandpa had the farm paid for years by then and Dad never got a chance to do anything til he was 60 so I was exposed to a very conservative environment.
Lock interest for 15 or 30 years ??
