Have you weighed these heifers or done any performance data on them? Are you keeping them just because you think they look good? I ask this because as a cattle feeder, I would hope you are making cull and save decisions based on something that would improve your herds performance. If she has a red calf, it will bring less at the sale barn. But, if you can back things up with herd performance, that will make a difference. Not trying to sound like a smart alec. Just hope herd improvment is one of your goals.
