Depends on how bad you need replacements. When I started out, I had all colors. There came a time when I could stop keeping black heifers and I did for 9 years until my only black cow had a heifer when it was cold with bob ears, so I kept her. Now my herd is all Red except for two. Consistency is important these days, so I would say let her go, unless you really need replacements. Easy to paint them black if that's what your into.
