I am not personally familiar with MX120 but i would fairly confidently assume that it does not have open center hydraulics.. and in that " case " hydraulic flow wont be related at all closely to engine speed
Ive had hyd spray pumps since about 1988 and personally cant imagine why anyone would go a different way, but that's just me.
But be wary of open center hydraulics on the tractor.. there can be heating and control problems with that.
