| My old roommate is a conductor for BNSF. He brags about how important unions are, then in the next breath tells me its hilarious that he can pick up a transponder off of a train that someone else forgot to grab and get paid an entire 8hr shifts work in addition for just picking up something someone forgot. How does that prove the 'usefulness' of Unions.
They had their place to fix the real problems. Now with social media, activist population, etc... If someone did something crazy the populace would react. IE. why is no one boycotting Crystal Sugar, because no one believes the pain of the 'poor little employee' there.
