48 States. Drouth now encompasses close to that same amount of area too.
Still only November now.
Weather folks are talking mid to upper 70's for places like Nebraska from midweek on.
Probably only be in the 60"s in Dakota.

Seems like a pretty warm avg going for this time of year ( and still dry most everywhere ).
