Subject: RE: What to add for stalk breakdown?

Southwest Minnesota

What I seen work good this year was 100 lbs of NH3 in fall, with P, K, S and Zinc.  Then rest of N in spring with Urea.  Usually 150lbs of AMS.

Going to try P, K, S and Zinc in fall and some more AMS with all N in spring, for next year.  Probably do 200 to 230lbs of AMS total.

I think the AMS is very important.

I dont use any starter, dont see the need.
