Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA | It looks like that road is under construction in the google image. It's hard to make out on a little iPhone screen, but there appears to be construction equipment all over the place, "Road closed" signs, an incomplete overpass , and even orange barrels in all the right places. I doubt though that the golf course had much to do with the pivot getting divided by the road, and the water would not be pumped over to the course unless they owned it.
