| I'm not being a Debbie downer here at all just wondering how long we'll hang on. The markets are great now and everything is all great. But if South America has a good crop and if the U.S. is expected to have a good crop I can see the markets dropping to 8-10$ beans and 4$ corn. When do you think the fall of the grain market will happen? That's why our operation is trying to beat down debt. What will happen the the farmers that are paying $300+ rent? Usually those farmers are the ones strapped with debt and make the crazy 3 year contracts well over $300. Alot of farmers will be in a little bit of a financial pinch for awhile with their banks and landlords! | |
