yep, and it is aligning demand with what is available, not demanding more by driving the price up further. Check out a grocery add and compare price per lb of pork and chicken to beef, on top of the claims of health concerns associated with beef, it makes sense dollars and health wise to feed the family pork and chicken and throw in the beef for an occasional treat
