Northeast Louisiana | This tells me that I don't want the U of Illinois teaching my grandkids ever. Sounds like morons to me. Why not just improve the land and rent it out for a return. Since it did not cost them anything. I don't know the land up there but it was left in a will for a reason to provide income to teach students I assume.
I am glad 1000 moline was able to buy it but it should'nt be sold at at all per the will.
Also said "if any" on mineral rights. So, if a person bids more for mineral rights without knowing if they have it able to get it once the atty finds it?
