SE South Dakota | Thanks for the link Ray. I had the opportunity to climb up and walk on the platform during a pour like this once. The way the level was maintained was interesting and simple. All they used was a clear tube of water with tees and standpipes every once in a while clear around the outside. Watch the water level in the standpipes and level from there.
Also interesting was that this job had a group of Mexicans working the wheelbarrels and on a level a few feet below the work was the kitchen for these workers. Kitchen (frypan) raised along with the pour.
