Hours don't tell the whole story - it's the grain (and foreign objects) going through the combine that wear it out.  Combining grass seed or 60 bu wheat itsn't going to wear as much as 200 bu corn.  If it's run a lot of grain through it  then Jalopy is right about what things will be worn and need replacing.
