Not saying it will work to do notill everywhere but if you have slope you will either not be crop farming that ground or you will find a way to strip till or just grow sod. As for manure I am a firm believer that we are now seeing the end of anmial concentration in this country. We cannot continue to concentrate huge numbers of animals in small areas and not expect to have manure runoff problems. There are lots of ways around all of these problems just many will not like the solutions. It is not personal and I dont "HAVE TO LIVE THERE" to understand your plight. And as for the tile, that should be everyones goal too and I am sure it is but you dont hear anyone on this site saying tiling is wrong either..
