Sac & Story county IA		Anytime you lift humans, in any manner, the rules are crazy. If you climb yourself, way less onerous. 25 years ago, we wanted to overhaul a manlift in a concrete elevator. Redundancy on top of redundancy and I am a pilot and understand backup systems.
