We are always prepared for short term, like hurricanes, ice storms etc. Have guns & ammo but not much else. I figured if I was 'prepped' how could I fend off the masses that would be trying to steal everything I had? I'm close enough to Houston that if something happened I'd need to bug out or be prepared to fight off 2 million unprepared people.
