rupert - 11/16/2012 20:38 ALL the land bought around here is being bought by farmers. Every auction in the last two years the investors are shaking there head and left in the dust. A fair 100 was just bought by a farmer the other day for a bit short of 190$/csr. This is land with a upper 40csr that five years ago would have brought 2500. The rise in lower quality land is astounding.
