Are you old enough to remember the last land price collapse? Collected a lot of well-financed farmers with it. Absolutely nothing has changed to prevent it happening again. Population has always grown, they have always said that they aren't making any more of it. The need for land will always be there, but the relative value of money can make a huge change in very little time.
Can anything stop this land market???
