Have you tried parking it in a position where the wings are on high ground and center section is in a low spot? I don't have that disk, but in general it takes the most pressure when getting wings started to fold. Once they start to fold, the cyllinders get an easier angle to pull from and don't need as much pressure to complete the cycle. If your ground is flat, you might try attaching a couple car ramps to the disk (or throw them in your rock box). When you are ready to fold, run the wing wheels up on the car ramps to get them started to fold. Unless there is some easy fix with the hydraulics on that tractor, this would be one of the cheaper and easier ways to get the problem solved. If you don't have to fold the wings several times a day, the ramps would be an easy solution. Well, maybe. I used an 8630 once. There were issues with getting it out of park. If your 8640 is the same, the ramps might not be the way to go.
