Went through this recently with AgLeader support. They recommend searching for all file types. So, select, 'Read Files,'Read files from supported display', 'Start Reading Field Display Files'. Then make sure Agleader Technology is highlighted on the left side, and highlight 'Search for ALL File Formats below' in the right column. If you have the files on your hard drive (AgLeader recommends this), I would select 'Automatically Seach a file or directory', otherwise, still on the thumb drive, "Automatically search a memory card or drive location", then 'Start Automatic File Search'. It should give you a list of files found. When you start processing files, hopefully you won't get the 'Fatal Error'. If you do, your files likely need to be reprocessed, because SMS thinks it successfully processed the file that caused the error, so it removed it from the 'new files' list....No big deal, just aggravating....Been there, done that, a couple of times....Good Luck!
