Spend the money, get a multi-process machine.............Have all the options then, what to use depends on the job...............I still use my stick, but use MIG more, and have TIG when I need it..............My multi-process ESAB is more a MIG/TIG machine than stick, but it still runs stick nicer than any of the conventional Stick machines I used in College........
