It depends on whether your floor rots out or wears out first. For me a rubber floor is the way to go because it wears so much better. Treated boards, for me anyway, wear out within two to three years. Oak will generally last five or six. Rubber has never been replaced in my groundloads that are eleven and nine years old. The back deck needs redone in the oldest, but is still safe. Just on the verge of being to thin. No holes between planks yet, like there would be if it was wood. NY much worry about rust here. No salt on the roads and keep trailers washed out regularly.
Can't remember the product name but it is cleated so traction is excellent.
