east of indianapolis | Never heard of the company but yep you was in my town. Yes that was part of lilly and they sold it to a outside company 4 or so years ago. In its day it was really a neat research farm. had every farm animal frombeef, dairy, hogs sheep, chickens also had its own feed mill that would put our country elevators to shame. all gone now. lots of local farmers worked there over the years. yes it has been really wet here and the major corn you saw is three guys that are usually slow. Our corn was around 80 bushel for the most part. if you come again yell at me and i'll visit would like to meet a few agtalkers. was in Garvo's neighborhood last year and didn't look him up and wished I had after learning more on here about him he also seems to have poor power than superman. | |
