Wow! That 1470 is cool. Back in the eighties I hauled the rotor up to Moline to have it rebalanced, just one of many things I had to fix on that 1480. I bought it used and it looked beautiful but almost everything needed attention - injection pump was 51% over fueled at 2400 RPM. That's a whole other story. At Moline there was a number of 1470s that could be have been purchased for a big discount. I don't remember the price but is was very cheap - I remember I looked at them for a while. Thanks for the pictures. Are there still some of these being used? Maybe I should side - light mine. Again, nice looking 1470.
