New Mexico | States have when they break w tb, usually over half of the attendees are in fact govt employees Paid to show up, thus make things look bigger as to crowd effect. last local tb meeting/info deal in nm there were 60 total attendees w 20 of em local cattle folks. 42 attendees were govt. ones i talked to had been paid extra ( a Lot ) to attend tb meetings statewide. ones that sat next to had attended 8 to 10 meetings, said it was the best extra gravy train payola ever ( time mileage hotels food and beverages ).
