"Famous Potatoes" | demoed an S77 this year next to my Deeres. 9770s. How did it compare? i couldn't tell you. Made two rounds in it and told the salesman that was all i needed. First thing i noticed was that the auto header height wasn't working properly. Salesman was riding with me so i asked him why. He told me it was a sensor issue, but they didn't know which nor did he think they had the part in stock. They had just been telling people its not a big deal to run it manually. Next thing i wanted to check out was the guidance. Once again, bad module somewhere in the system. They didn't know when they would have that working right. Those two issues right there are more than my oldest Deere has had in the last two seasons. They wonder why they haven't sold a single machine. I will have an s series next year, but it will be green. Dang that kool-aid. | |
