Look up anhydrous treatment. Only thing that will get rid of it.

At those levels, the sections of these reports dealing with how they handle the grain and protect and decontaminate themselves make for good reading! I presume you're handling it one way or another, so be careful.

Reading these PDF files, note that the aflatoxin condentration in micrograms per kilogram is the same as parts per billion (PPB) which is what everybody uses to report levels.
