Back at the beginning of the month my IPS switched me to a higher speed internet connection. Since then I have not been able connect to Outlook Express to get/send e-mails. Whenever itry to connect I get a message "PoP3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Would you like to wait another 6seconds?" I'm operating on FireFox but also have IE & Google Chrome and cannot connect using them either. Any suggestions as to what the problem maybe. I have called my IPS a couple times but evidently they are busy switching others as there's never anyone available and when they call back I'm never near my computer.
