We have a muck field we've been farming for 50 years. OM 30%, soil pH 5.5, CEC 22.

Never had lime on it, raises great corn.

Your P & K levels look low, but it's hard to build those in the muck, I'd think about a plan to do a lot of foliar feeding.

The only N we put on is about 30 lbs with the planter.
