So, what measures could there potentially be? Basically no one except China has substantial grain reserves, so doubtful that anyone is releasing reserves. Would governments risk our tax dollars to short sell the markets to control prices? Or just plain lying and manipulating?

Personally, I think it is taking credit where none is due. If corn, barley, Canola and soybeans all made record highs, how can he claim success? I guess Wheat and rice are a bigger portion of the worlds food basket.
