It's been working fine for me. I like to plant at a slight angle to the old corn rows.
It's not as hard on tires and I have less problems with the platform shoving stalks.
I like to combine with the row most of the time. I run a 1200 case planter with yetter
residue managers only. I don't even worry about them moving much residue. Use a
residual chemical program.
