New Mexico | offer $1500 for the couple wye cows then you won't discount the oreo cow? keep in mind the deal is grass based genetics. the Lorton bull btw was a pretty decent bull. the wye sale averages big now are name brand more feed efficient cattle. Make the seller have a vetrinary sleeve em, mark em p1' 2's and 3's that way your getting all breds and know bout when they'll calf. no sense paying 1200 for an open cow ( opens come off seller keeps em ). also give em a lepto vibrio shot and worm em thru the chute and tag em how you like.
