May want to just go with a binder in the feed. I've been through the aflatoxin in the milk situation too many times, the binder stuff may be a band-aid or just dirt, but I'll spend a nickle a day for it if it prevents one scare a year. Might have some health benefits as well.

One of the companies our coop supplies calls a positive test a long way before the point the manufacturer of the test says it's positive. Really wish they would go by the official proceedure!

You can also treat the grain with anhydrous if you have enough of it to get set up to do it. I think a good way would be to grind it into a bagger with added water/ammonia solution and then feed it after it has time to work and ferment. The description of the process you will find in the extension literature describes treating whole corn which would certainly help the ammonia distribute through the grain mass, but seems to me grinding and mixing would speed up the process and perhaps result in more complete destruction of the aflatoxin. The results are pretty good to start with in my opinion.
