It might not mean anything about the machine. It just says the owner is a dirt bag.
A little harsh, maybe? How many owners run every machine themselves at harvest? How many machines get traded during harvest when there are more important things to do than clean?
IMO the pic says more about the dealer thanthe previous owner, and even then it might just be that it hasn't been in the shop yet.
