SW Ohio | I've been looking at buying real estate the last couple of months and it seems everything is over valued. This goes for both bareland and homes. Do people not realize we're in a recession and that their junk is not worth half of what they're listing it at? Has anyone else seen this where they live? Is Ohio the only place this is? I'm severely angered by this as it is very hard to buy anything with strict downpayment rules these days. | |
